Our clinicians are mobile through South East Melbourne and visit Mulgrave.

We will visit your home to listen to and assess your individual circumstances. Our OTs goal is to help you identify ways to live more safely and more independently at home.

Aged Care
Total Health Physios origins are in aged care. We partner with residential aged care facilities and approved home care providers to help people live their best lives!
We provide compassionate aged care services including strength and mobility programs, falls prevention, equipment prescription and more.
Our services are evidence-based and we pride ourselves on the consistency and continuity of quality services. This means the person will usually be seen by the same clinician at the same time each week. Our client’s progress towards their meaningful goals are at the heart of our services.

How We Help the Mulgrave Community
We recently helped an inspiring lady living with a cancerous tumour in her brain.
She had recently paused her chemotherapy because it was having no demonstrable impact on the size of her tumour, but was causing significant negative side effects.
She has been working with Total Health Physio for 2 years to achieve her long-term goal of living a fit and meaningful life with as little pain as possible for as long as possible. She is responding well to the therapies THP has been providing – she is highly motivated and enjoys the exercise-based rehabilitation as much as the hands-on therapy.
She is ticking off her short and long term goals despite her diagnosis and we look forward to seeing her beautiful smile each time we visit.
