Total Health Physio have been providing Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to Melbourne’s Malvern suburb and surrounds since its inception. We were founded in inner South-East Melbourne in 2011.
Driven by the desire to provide trusting, compassionate and caring healthcare to the community (namely older adults and those living with a disability) .Our highly skilled practitioners are empathetic, respectful and sensitive to our client’s needs and circumstances.
Total Health Physio’s history began in home visits and residential aged care, however we have grown and are proud to partner with individuals, NDIS participants, homecare package providers to help people live healthy and meaningful lives!

Physiotherapy
At Total Health Physio we provide caring evidence-based Physiotherapy to adults in their homes.
We are mobile across Melbourne. We are very committed to our patient’s outcomes.
We do this to put our clients in the very best position to see meaningful results from the work we do. Our Physiotherapists can help with a range of services, including the following:
- Assessments & reassessments
- Pre and post-operative rehabilitation
- Personalised goal setting
- Tailored exercise programs
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists support people with a variety of conditions to achieve their goals.
These goals typically relate to safety, independence and everyday living.
Our OTs find their role very rewarding. Our services include:
- Environmental assessments
- Functional capacity assessments
- Home modifications (i.e. rails, ramps)
- Falls prevention
- Equipment prescription (i.e. scooters, wheelchairs, safe kitchen equipment)
NDIS Participants
As a registered NDIS provider Total Health Physio supports clients in a number of ways including:
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Exercise Physiology
- Hydrotherapy
- Supported Independent Living
- Specialist Disability Accommodation
We assist with NDIS AT Request Forms, Mobile and Managed Services, Home Modifications and Functional Capacity Assessments.
We work closely with our clients in order to promote independence and improve quality of life!
Home Care Package Clients
We work with approved homecare package holders and providers.
We help older adults live wonderful lives at home!
We provide comprehensive Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services. Our clinicians are experienced in aged care and are very compassionate.
Patient-Directed Healthcare Services
Total Health Physio works with both individuals and health organisations. Our services are bespoke and we will cater to everyone’s individual needs with a high level of attention to detail. We find this approach has been part of our success in the Melbourne community. We appreciate all feedback.
From the very first consultation we take the time to listen. This supports us in developing genuine empathy and puts us in the best position to properly understand ‒ and work towards ‒ our clients’ meaningful goals
When working with other healthcare organisations, we are able to adopt the preferred referral process and align our systems with our partner organisations. This is most common with Home Care Case Managers and through NDIS support coordinators.
